Overview
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Blinds made to incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor colour variations due to screen differences
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your blinds arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Request photos showing the damage or defect
- Offer a suitable remedy: repair, replacement, or refund
- Cover any return delivery costs where applicable
Measuring Disclaimer
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun. After this period, cancellation is not possible due to the bespoke nature of the products.

To report an issue, please email us at help@vrishkrblinds.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Our support team will respond within 2 working days.
Legal Compliance
This return policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Bespoke items are exempt from standard return rights unless found faulty or not as described.
